So, as the boy heads off for three hours of drama hoo ha, I once again find myself sat in Costa Coffee with my laptop open and a steaming hot drink.
Today is a mixture of preparing for next weeks lectures and evaluating how things are going with the social media campaign – the Facebook Frame seems to be working really well.
Looking at the different models of communication for the first lecture is really interesting. There are sill so many organisations out there using the process model to communicate – sighs – thankfully not all organisations are doing this. We’ve been asked to work with a company who know they have problems but are wanting to fix them. Over the next few weeks we’ll be doing that wonderful thing of listening to what their staff have to say in order to put together a strategy to help them to do things better.
